The Orlando Magic visited the Denver Nuggets at the Pepsi Center in January and went home with a loss by a score of 120-94. Kenneth Faried led the Nuggets with 17 points, nine rebounds, four assists, two steals and a block. Denver had seven players score at least 13 points on the night in a well rounded victory. Quincy Miller had 16 points, 11 rebounds, an assist, a steal and two blocks. J.J. Hickson added 13 points with 10 rebounds and two assists. Timofey Mozgov also contributed 14 points and nine rebounds.

At the time, Denver had scored at least 120 points in three of their then current five game win streak. Denver started the first quarter well and jumped out to a 34-19 lead. By halftime, the score was 69-47 because of a 10-2 run by Denver. The Magic got the game within 15 points twice in the second quarter but the Nuggets were able to stretch the lead back out by halftime.

The Magic got the game back within 16 in the third quarter but it was all Nuggets from there. By the fourth quarter, Denver had stretched the lead to 92-66 and finished out the game with most of their starters on the bench.

Over the last 10 games between the Denver Nuggets and Orlando Magic, the Nuggets are 7-2-1 against the spread. The only positive from the Orlando perspective is they've covered in two of the last three games.
