The Cleveland Cavaliers will challenge the Bulls in Chicago on Friday night. This game will be both teams’ second game of the season. It is likely to be a highly competitive, closely contested matchup. The Bulls will be looking to start the season at 2-0. Chicago Bull, Derrick Rose is an excellent playmaker off the dribble and can penetrate the lane for the finish or create an easy basket for a teammate. He showed this ability recently against the Knicks scoring 13 points and logging 5 assists. Pau Gasol was another major contributor in their win over the Knicks with 21 points and 11 rebounds. Gasol and Rose got offensive support from their team that shot over 50% from the field.
Lebron James is a key for the Cavaliers offensive strategy and arguably the best player in the league. A major advantage James has over Rose is, at 6’8” and 240+ pounds, he is a dominant force anywhere on the court. James’ focus is on bringing a NBA Championship to Cleveland. There is a lot of talent on this Cavalier team and many of the Cleveland players are high percentage shooters. This will be an exciting matchup with future implications
