The Cleveland Cavaliers, who have won four home games in a row, will be hosting the Brooklyn Nets on Monday night. Last season, the Cavs and the Nets each picked up two wins from their four-game regular season series.

On Friday night, the Cavaliers got out to an early lead over the Toronto Raptors and held on to it all game for n eventual 105-91 road win. They made nearly 50 percent of their shots as a team in in that win while also outrebounding the Raptors 48-40.

Through 18 games, the Cavs have scored 103.1 points per game while only allowing their opponents to score 998.7 points per game against them. Point guard Kyrie Irving has had a great start to the season by averaging 22 points, 4.8 assists and 1.6 steals per game. LeBron James has scored a team-high 24.6 points per game while dishing out 7.9 assists per game.

The Nets had their two-game winning streak come to an end on Friday night when they were beaten 98-75 by the Atlanta Hawks at home. They made just three of their 18 three-point attempts in that loss, and they ended up turning the ball over 17 times.

So far this season, the Nets have only been able to average 97.3 points per game against their opponents. Their best player has been point guard Deron Williams, who is now averaging 17.3 points, 6.2 assists and 1.2 steals per game.
