Sunday night, the Chicago Bulls will take the court at the AmericanAirlines Arena to face the Miami Heat.

The Chicago Bulls slipped past the Portland Trailblazers 115 - 106 on Friday night for their 2^nd straight victory. The Bulls faced a challenge from one of the best teams in the West as the Blazers set the pace in the 1^st quarter. The Bulls took over the 2^nd quarter and led 59 - 51 at the half. Portland wouldn't go down easy though and didn't let the Bulls get too far ahead of them in the 2^nd half. But Chicago held on behind a season high 31 points from Derrick Rose. The Bulls have scored 100 or more points in their last 8 games and will need that type of scoring as they take on the Heat.

The Miami Heat will come into this one after getting past the Utah Jazz 100 - 95 on Friday night. The Heat established themselves in the 1^st half and by the break, they led by a score of 62 - 47. They only needed to stay ahead of the Jazz in the 2^nd half and that's what they did. The Heat were led by a slightly ill Dwyane Wade who shook off flue like symptoms to put up a season high 29 points. The Heat have had their struggles this season as they adjusted to life without LeBron James but they seem to be putting the pieces together to come away with a decent season. If they get another good night from Wade and company on Sunday, they will have a shot to get past the Bulls.
