On Tuesday night, the Brooklyn Nets will be facing the New York Knicks in an early-season Atlantic Division matchup. In their first game against each other this season, the Nets were able to defeat the Knicks 110-99 at home.

The Nets couldn't get their offense going in their game against the Chicago Bulls on Sunday night and ended up getting blown out 102-84. They made just two of their 14 three-point attempts in that loss and finished with 37.2 percent field goal percentage.

The Nets one of the worst rebounding teams in the league right now by averaging just 41.3 boards per game. Point guard Deron Williams has been their best player through 15 games by averaging a team-high 17.9 points and 6.4 assists per game.

On Sunday night, the Knicks lost their fourth game in a row when the Miami Heat were able to beat them 86-79 in New York. The Knicks could not hit their shots from beyond the arc in that loss, making just three of their 24 three-point attempts.

Through their first 18 games, the Knicks have only been able to score 93.4 points per game against their opponents. Power forward Amar'e Stoudemire has had a pretty good start to the season by averaging 12.5 points and 7.8 rebounds per game in just 24.4 minutes per game. Their top scorer is Carmelo Anthony, who is averaging 23.7 points per game.
