The Boston Celtics will go on the road on Friday night to take on the Memphis Grizzlies in a game that will feature one of the best offenses against one of the best defenses in the league. The Grizzlies won both of their games against the Celtics last year.

The Celtics were able to snap their three-game losing streak on Wednesday when they defeated the Philadelphia 76ers 101-90 in the road. They had 15 turnovers in that game, but they made up for it by making nearly 50 percent of their shots.

Through 10 games, the Celtics are first in the NBA in assists with 27 helpers per game. Small forward Jeff Green has scored a team-high 19 points per game while grabbing 5.2 rebounds per game. Power forward Jared Sullinger has started off very well by averaging 16 points and 8.8 boards per game.

On Wednesday, the Grizzlies had a poor fourth quarter against the Toronto Raptors and ended up losing 96-92 at home. They ended up with a 50-35 rebounding advantage in that game, but they also lost the turnover battle 13-8.

The Grizzlies have had one of the best defenses in the league so far this season, giving up just 91.8 points per game. Shooting guard Courtney Lee has had a good start to the season by averaging 14.9 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.2 steals per game. Center Marc Gasol has averaged 18 points and 7.8 rebounds per game through 12 games.
