The Wyoming Cowboys (4-7) will be hoping that they can snap their two-game losing streak when they face the New Mexico Lobos (3-8) on Saturday. The Cowboys were able to edge the Lobos 38-31 in 2013.

In their final home game of the season last weekend, Wyoming was blown out 63-14 by Boise State. Wyoming could only muster 227 yards of offense in that game, and they ended up turning the ball over three times.

Through 11 games, the Cowboys have only scored 20.3 points per game while giving up 32.5 points per game to their opponents. Junior running back Shaun Wick has averaged 6.3 yards per carry this season and has 705 yards with five scores. Quarterback Colby Kirkegaard has thrown for 2,288 yards with 11 touchdowns and eight interceptions.

New Mexico lost their third straight game last Saturday when Colorado State beat them 58-20 on the road. They turned the ball over four times in that loss, and their defense gave up 698 yards to Colorado State's offense.

The Lobos have struggled in most areas this season, but they are fifth in the country in rushing with 316.7 rushing yards per game. Their most consistent player has been running back Jhurell Pressley, who has rushed for 982 yards and a team-high 11 touchdowns this season. Quarterback Lamar Jordan has just 754 passing yards on the season with five touchdowns and four interceptions.
