On Saturday night, the Wake Forest Demon Deacons (3-8) will go on the road to face the Duke Blue Devils (8-3) in both teams' final regular season game of the year. The Blue Devils won this ACC matchup 28-21 last season.

Last Saturday, Wake Forest finally snapped their long losing streak when they squeaked out a 6-3 double overtime win over Virginia Tech at home. Their defense was great in that win, forcing Virginia Tech into committing three turnovers and holding them to just 254 total yards.

Wake Forest has one of the worst offenses in the country this season by only being able to score 14.3 points per game. Quarterback John Wolford has struggled this season, throwing for 1,786 yards with nine touchdowns and 14 interceptions. Wide receiver Cam Serigne has a team-high 48 receptions for 482 yards and four scores.

Duke lost their second consecutive game last Thursday when North Carolina came into town and beat them 45-20. Their defense was not on their game in that one, allowing UNC to gain 592 yards against them.

The Blue Devils have been able to score 31.7 points per game while only giving up 20.5 points per game. Senior quarterback Anthony Boone has thrown for 2,232 yards this season with 16 touchdown passes and seven interceptions, and he has also rushed for 317 yards with four more touchdowns.
