The Vanderbilt Commodores (1-4) will have a hard time picking up their first conference win of the year when they take on the #13 Georgia Bulldogs (3-1) on Saturday. Last season, Georgia was able to hold on for a 31-27 win over the Commodores.

Vanderbilt couldn't find a way to move the ball against Kentucky last weekend and ended up taking a 17-7 road loss. The Commodores turned the ball over three times in that loss and could only muster 139 total yards of offense.

Points have been hard to come by so far this season for the Commodores, who are only averaging 17 points per game through five games. One player who has played well for Vanderbilt's offense is running back Ralph Webb, who has 422 rushing yards with one touchdown. Junior defensive end Caleb Azubike leads the team in sacks with four.

Georgia depended on its solid rushing attack against Tennessee last Saturday and were able to eke out a 35-32 home run. They were just 1-for-10 on their third down chances, but they did have 289 rushing yards in the win.

The Bulldogs are 10th in the country right now in rushing with 300.3 yards per game, and they are eighth in scoring with 45.3 points per game. Their top rusher has been Todd Gurley, who is averaging 8.8 yards per carry and has 610 yards with six touchdowns. Quarterback Hutson Mason has 556 passing yards on the year with five touchdowns and two interceptions.
