In their second game of the season, the UCF Knights will have a hard time picking up their first victory as they go on the road to face the #20 Missouri Tigers on Saturday afternoon.

In their first game of the season, UCF faced Penn State and were beaten by a last second field goal and lost 26-24. The Knights were only able to gain 246 total yards in that loss and their defense gave up 511 yards, including 454 yards through the air.

UCF quarterback Justin Holman was solid in that opening game by completing nine of his 14 passes for 204 yards on one touchdown. Running back Dontravious Wilson struggled in the loss, gaining just 34 yards on his 21 carries. Wide receiver J.J. Worton had five catches in the game for 83 yards.

Missouri moved to 2-0 on the season by defeating Toledo 49-24 on the road last Saturday. They put up 502 total yards in the win and only committed two penalties the entire game. The Tigers have scored 43.5 points per game so far this season, which currently ranks them 22nd in the country.

Tigers quarterback Maty Mauk has been their best offensive player so far this season by throwing for 503 yards with eight touchdowns and two interceptions. Senior wide receiver Darius White has seven catches through two games for 152 yards and three scores.
