On Saturday, the Texas Longhorns (5-5) will be going for their third win in a row when they visit the Oklahoma State Cowboys (5-4). Last season, the Cowboys were able to defeat the Longhorns by the score of 38-13 on the road.

Texas outscored West Virginia 20-3 in the first half of their game last weekend and rolled to a 33-16 home win. They did give up 448 yards in that win, but they also held West Virginia to just three first downs on 17 chances.

Texas' defense has done a good job keeping opposing offenses out of the end zone this season, but their offense has only been able to score 23.3 points per game. Wide receiver John Harris has been able to catch 50 passes this season for 859 yards and six scores. Quarterback Tyrone Swoopes has thrown for 1,847 yards with 10 touchdowns and six interceptions.

Oklahoma State has now lost three games in a row after losing 48-14 to Kansas State two weeks ago. They has just 260 total yards in that loss and they ended up turning the ball over three times.

The Cowboys have a winning record right now despite giving up 30.2 points per game. Their best player has been running back Desmond Roland, who has rushed for 512 yards this season with a team-high seven touchdowns. Quarterback Daxx Garman has 1,883 passing yards with 11 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.
