The Presbyterian Blue Hose (5-4) will have their toughest test of the season when they take on the #12 Ole Miss Rebels (7-2) on Saturday. Presbyterian is currently third in the Big South conference, while the Rebels are fourth in the SEC West.

In their last game, Presbyterian had their two-game winning streak end when they were defeated by Liberty 28-7 on their home field. They only converted two of their nine third down opportunities and they had four turnovers in that loss.

The Blue Hose are a low-scoring team that have only been able to win this year when they have held opponents to two or fewer touchdowns. Quarterback Heys McMath has been able to throw for 1,171 yards this season with six touchdown passes. Running back Demarcus Rouse is averaging 5.5 yards per carry and has 538 yards with three touchdowns.

After winning their first seven games, Ole Miss has now lost two in a row after losing 35-31 to Auburn last weekend. Their defense struggled to stop Auburn's offense in that game, giving up 502 total yards.

Through nine games, the Rebels have the top-rated defense in the country by only giving up 13.2 points per game. Senior quarterback Bo Wallace has 2,416 passing yards this season with 20 touchdowns, and he has also rushed for 218 yards with three additional scores. Wide receiver Laquon Treadwell has caught 48 passes this year for 632 yards and a team-high five touchdowns.
