On Saturday, the #2 Oregon Ducks (3-0) will take their top-five scoring offense on the road when they take on the Washington State Cougars (1-2). Last year, the Ducks dominated the Cougars at home by the score of 62-38.

Oregon was impressive yet again in its third game of the season when it beat Wyoming 48-14 on the road last Saturday. The Ducks put up 556 yards of offense against Wyoming and their defense forced three turnovers in the win. Oregon is averaging 52 points per game this season, which is fifth in the country right now.

Heisman hopeful Marcus Mariota has been Oregon's best player so far this year by passing for 806 yards and eight touchdowns while also rushing for 156 yards and three more scores. Running back Royce Freeman has also been solid, rushing for 186 yards and five touchdowns on 28 carries.

Washington State picked up its first win of the year on Saturday by defeating Portland State 59-21 at home. The Cougars had their best day offensively in that win by putting up 706 yards, including 630 yards through the air. The Cougars are just 1-2 on the year, but they do have the best passing team in the country with 517 passing yards per game.

Washington State quarterback Connor Halliday leads the country in passing yards with 1465 through three games, and he has also thrown 12 touchdown passes. His top wide receiver has been Isiah Myers, who has 26 catches for 423 yards and five touchdowns.
