The North Carolina Tar Heels (5-5) will visit the #25 Duke Blue Devils (8-2) on Thursday night in a game between two of the top three teams in the ACC. Duke edge out North Carolina 27-25 at on the road last year.

Last Saturday, North Carolina had one of their best offensive performances of the season when they beat Pittsburgh 40-35 at home. They didn't turn the ball over in that win and they finished with 502 total yards.

The Tar Heels have scored 35.9 points per game so far this season, but they are fourth-worst in the nation in points against by giving up 41.2 points per game. Duke had their four-game winning streak snapped over the weekend when they were upset 17-16 by Virginia Tech on their home field. They had just 326 total yards in that game and they ended up turning the ball over three times.

The Blue Devils are in the top 15 in the nation in points against by only giving up 18.1 points per game. Duke's top player has been wide receiver Jamison Crowder, who has caught 64 passes this season for 767 yards and four scores. Quarterback Anthony Boone has thrown for 1,970 yards with 14 touchdowns and just six picks.
