On Saturday, the Miami-Ohio RedHawks (2-8) will go on the road to face the Central Michigan Chippewas (6-4), who have won their last two games. Central Michigan won this matchup 21-9 on the road last year.

Miami-Ohio didn't score a single point in the second half of their game against Western Michigan two weeks ago and ended up getting blown out 41-10. They had just 87 rushing yard sin that loss and they turned the ball over twice.

The RedHawks have struggled to get into the end zone this season, averaging just 22 points per game through 10 games. Their top player has been quarterback Andrew Hendrix, who has thrown for 2,693 yards this season with 20 touchdown passes and just eight interceptions. Wide receiver David Frazier has caught 49 passes for 813 yards and four scores.

In their last game, Central Michigan scored 31 first-half points against Eastern Michigan and rolled to a 38-7 road victory. Their offense gained 278 rushing yards while their defense was able to hold Eastern Michigan to just 97 total yards.

The Chippewas have struggled a bit on offense this season, but their defense has done well to hold opponents to just 21.9 points per game. Running back Thomas Rawls has been their best offensive player by rushing for 1,011 yards with 10 touchdowns. Quarterback Cooper Rush has 2,198 passing yards with 15 touchdowns and eight interceptions.
