Kansas Jayhawks will attempt to improve to 2-0 for the first time since 2011 when they visit the Duke Blue Devils this weekend.

On their opening game of the year, Kansas held off a late run by Southeast Missouri State to hold on for a 34-28 win. The Jayhawks did gain 457 total yards in the win, but they also gave up 421 yards to a team that was ranked much lower than them.

The Jayhawks got a great game out of quarterback Montell Cozart, who threw for 196 yards and three touchdowns in the win. Running back De'Andre Mann has 121 yards on 15 carries, while Corey Avery had 91 yards and a score on 19 carries.

Duke picked up their second win in two games on Saturday when they defeated Troy 34-17 on the road. The Blue Devils had 452 total yards in that game and didn't turn the ball over. They have now scored 43 points per game, which is good for 25th in the country, and they have only given up 15 points per game.

The Blue Devils have been led by quarterback Anthony Boone, who has completed 66 percent of his passes this season for 515 yards, five touchdowns and no interceptions. Wide receiver Jamison Crowder has 14 catches for 163 yards and two scores this year, while Issac Blakeney has nine receptions for 135 yards and three touchdowns.
