The Hawaii Warriors (4-8) will attempt to finish their disappointing season on a high note when they visit the Fresno State Bulldogs (5-6) on Saturday night. Last year, the Bulldogs were able to beat the Warriors 42-37 in Hawaii.

Last Saturday, Hawaii picked up their second win in a row when they beat UNLV 37-35 at home. Their offenses had their best game of the year by gaining 578 yards, including 348 yards on the ground alone.

The Warriors have only been able to score 20.9 points per game this year while allowing opponents to score 26.8 points per game against them. Sophomore quarterback Ikaika Woolsey has completed just 49.9 percent of his passes this season for 2,291 yards, 10 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. Running back Joey Iosefa has 548 rushing yards through 12 games with a team-best eight touchdowns.

Fresno State was also able to win their second straight game last weekend when they routed Nevada 40-20 on the road. Their defense held Fresno State to just 126 passing yards in that win while forcing them into committing four turnovers.

Fresno State's defense has played well recently, but they have given up 34.1 points per game on the season. Their top offensive player has been running back Marteze Waller, who has averaged 6.7 yards per carry and has 1,132 yards with nine touchdowns this year.
