On Saturday afternoon, the Georgia State Panthers (1-9) are going to have a hard time ending their nine-game losing skid as they will have to visit the Clemson Tigers (7-3). Clemson is currently second in the ACC while the Panthers are 11th in the Sun Belt.

In their last game, Georgia State's defense had a hard time stopping Troy and ended up getting blown out 45-21. They gave up 324 rushing yards in that loss, while their offense ended up committing three turnovers.

Georgia State has had the worst defense in the country up to this point by giving up 43.8 points per game. Quarterback Nick Arbuckle has completed 60.5 percent of his passes this season for 2,812 yards, 19 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. Wide receiver Donovan Harden has caught 52 passes for 796 yards and a team-high seven touchdowns.

Clemson had their six-game winning streak snapped last Saturday when they were defeated 28-6 by Georgia Tech on the road. They turned the ball over three times in that loss and they only ended up with 190 total yards of offense.

The Tigers have thrown for 267.7 yards per game this season, while their defense has only given up 19.4 points per game. Quarterback Deshaun Watson has completed 67.2 percent of his passes this year for 1,203 yards with 12 touchdowns and just two interceptions. Wide receiver Artavis Scott has caught 56 passes for 643 yards and five touchdowns through 10 games.
