The Bowling Green Falcons (7-6) will be looking to snap their three-game losing streak when they play the South Alabama Jaguars (6-6) in the Camellia Bowl on Saturday night. Bowling Green was the top team in the MAC East this season, while the Jaguars finished fourth in the Sun Belt.

Bowling Green made a bowl game despite losing their final three games of the regular season, including a 51-17 blowout to Northern Illinois in their last game. In that loss to Northern Illinois, the Falcons turned the ball over four times and their defense gave up 552 total yards.

The Falcons had a winning record this season despite giving up nearly 34 points per game to opposing offenses. Junior running back Travis Greene has averaged 5.7 yards per carry this season and has 908 rushing yards with a team-high 10 touchdowns.

In their final regular season game, South Alabama scored 20 fourth-quarter points against Air Force, but they came up just short and lost 42-40 at home. Their defense couldn't stop Navy's ground game in that loss, allowing them to rush for 388 yards.

In 12 games this season, the Jaguars played pretty well on the defensive side of the ball, but their offense only scored 22.1 points per game. Quarterback Brandon Bridge has thrown for 1,648 yards this season with 14 touchdown passes and just six interceptions.
