The Western Kentucky Hilltoppers (7-5) will have a chance to end their 2014 season on a five-game winning streak on Christmas Eve when they play the Central Michigan Chippewas (7-5). These two teams last met in the 2012 Little Caesars Bowl, which the Chippewas ended up winning 24-21.

Running back Leon Allen has rushed for 1,490 yards this year with a team-high 12 touchdowns.
