The #15 Auburn Tigers (8-3) will be looking to pull off another upset on Saturday night when they go up against the #2 Alabama Crimson Tide (10-1). Last season, Auburn beat Alabama 34-28 to knock them out of the top spot in the rankings.

Auburn snapped their two-game losing streak last Saturday by defeating Samford 31-7 in their last home game of the year. In that win, they rushed for 200 yards and were able to hold Samford's offense to just 238 total yards.

Through 11 games, the Tigers are ninth in the nation in rushing by gaining 266.2 yards per game on the ground. Their best player has been running back Cameron Artis-Payne, who has averaged 5.6 yards per carry this season and has 1,405 yards with 11 touchdowns. Quarterback Nick Marshall has thrown for 1,859 yards, rushed for 735 yards and has accounted for 26 of his team's touchdowns.

Alabama kept their hot streak going last weekend when they cruised to a 48-14 victory over Western Carolina for their sixth win in a row. They had 612 yards of offense in that win, including 275 yards on the ground alone.

The Crimson Tide have had one of the best defenses in the country this year by only giving up 14.5 points per game. Amari Cooper has been one of the top wide receivers in the nation this season by catching 90 passes for 1,349 yards and 11 touchdowns.
