On Saturday afternoon, the Arkansas State Indians will take on the Miami Hurricanes in a game that will feature two teams that have had a hard passing the ball this season.

Arkansas State is known for struggling against major-conference teams, and they had a tough time again on Saturday when they were defeated 34-19 by Tennessee. The Indians gained just 331 total yards in the loss and only converted four of their 17 third down attempts. Arkansas State has scored 28 points per game this season, which ranks them 78th in the country.

Arkansas State's top player so far this year has been wide receiver Tres Houston, who has 12 receptions for 135 yards and one touchdown. Junior quarterback Fredi Knighten is 40-for-63 passing this season for 385 yards and two touchdown passes.

Miami picked up its first win of the year last weekend by beating Florida A&M 41-7 at home. The Hurricanes gained 416 yards in that game and held Florida A&M to 114 yards, including just 25 yards on the ground. Miami has only rushed for 134 yards per game this year, which is currently 96th in the nation.

Hurricanes wide receiver Phillip Dorsett has just four catches for 83 yards this year, but he has scored two touchdowns. Quarterback Brad Kaaya has completed 56.9 percent of his passes for 351 yards, three touchdowns and four interceptions.
