On Friday night, the #8 Arizona Wildcats (10-2) will try to pull off the upset when they take on the #3 Oregon Ducks (11-1) in the Pac 12 Championship. Arizona was the only team that was able to beat the Ducks during the regular season this year, defeating them 31-24 in Oregon.

Arizona won their fourth straight game last Friday when they defeated Arizona State 42-35 at home. Their defense held Arizona State to just 113 rushing yards in that win, and they also forced two turnovers.

Through 12 games, the Wildcats have thrown for 291.4 yards per game and have scored nearly 37 points per game. Quarterback Anu Solomon has been one of the top freshmen in the country this season by throwing for 3,424 yards with 27 touchdowns and only seven interceptions. Running back Nick Wilson has 1,263 rushing yards with a team-high 15 touchdowns.

Last Saturday, Oregon ended their regular season on a seven-game winning streak by routing Oregon State 47-19 on the road. The Ducks had 565 yards of offense in that win, including 367 yards through the air.

The Ducks are currently 11th in the country in passing with 307 passing yards per game, and fourth in the nation in scoring with 45.9 points per game. Quarterback Marcus Mariota is having an unbelievable season for Oregon this season by throwing for 3,470 yards with 36 touchdown passes and just two picks.
