On Saturday night, the Arizona State Sun Devils (3-1) will try to jump right back into the rankings when they go up against the #16 Southern California Trojans (3-1). USC had a 62-41 win over the Sun Devils in 2013.

Arizona State turned the ball over four times against UCLA last Thursday and ended up losing 62-27. Their defense gave up 580 yards to UCLA in that loss, which included 225 rushing yards.

The Sun Devils are 17th in the country in rushing right now with 262.8 rushing yards per game. Their top rusher has been junior D.J. Foster, who has 540 yards and six rushing touchdowns, as well as 207 receiving yards and one more score. Wide receiver Jaelen Strong has 31 receptions this season for 412 yards and two touchdowns.

USC moved to 2-0 in the Pac-12 last Saturday when they defeated Oregon State 35-10 at home. This was easily their defenses best game yet as they held Oregon State to 123 passing yards and 58 rushing yards in the win.

The Trojans have only given up 17.5 points per game this season while their offense is scoring 32.8 points per game. Quarterback Cody Kessler has been excellent for USC this year, passing for 1,107 yards with 10 touchdowns and no interceptions. Wide receiver Nelson Agholor has caught 26 passes for 239 yards and three score.
