Montreal is currently at the bottom of the league in scoring with just 20 total points. They have just two total passing touchdowns and they have yet to get into the end zone on the ground. Their offensive line is struggling the most right now, giving up a league-worst eight sacks to their opponents. Their defense hasn't fared much better, giving up a league-high 78 points to opposing offenses and only picking up two sacks so far this year.

Alouettes quarterback has been under consistent pressure through a couple of games and has thrown for 392 years with two touchdowns and one interception. Wide receiver Chris Williams has been the team's top target man this year with 11 receptions and 120 yards, but he has yet to reach the end zone. Running back Tyrell Sutton has been the team's top offensive player with 118 rushing yards on just 19 carries.

New linebacker Henoc Muamba has been Montreal's best defensive performer through a couple of games and now has a team-high 16 tackles. Another new signing, defensive lineman Jamaal Westerman, has nine tackles on the year and is one of just two players on the team with a sack.

Saskatchewan Roughriders Stats

The Roughriders are right near the middle of the league in most offensive categories. They've scored 44 points and have been pretty good at taking care of the ball by holding on to it for about 30 minutes per game. They've yet to score a rushing touchdown, but they are currently fourth in the league in rushing yards with 205. Their defense is currently ranked sixth in the league in points against, but a lot of that came in their game last Thursday when they gave up 40 points.

Saskatchewan has been trying to figure out who their starting quarterback is going to be and have given both Zach Collaros and Brandon Bridge their chances through the team's first two games. Collaros has completed 22 of his 35 passes for 309 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. Bridge, meanwhile, has completed 13 of 22 passes for a touchdown and no picks while also rushing for 27 yards.

Veteran defensive lineman Charleston Hughes has quickly stepped up as a top performer for the Riders' defense by picking up three sacks through two games; in fact, he is the only player on the team who has been able to pick up a sack so far this season. Third-year linebacker Samuel Eguavoen is currently the team leader in tackles with 13, while new defensive back Nick Marshall is the only player on the defense with an interception this year.
