Eastern Conference Finals- Game 7

The Tampa Bay Lightning take on the New York Rangers on Friday in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals. The series is tied 3-3. The opening line has New York at -155 and Tampa Bay at +135. The over/under has been set at 5.

Henrik Lundqvist had another solid outing with elimination for the Rangers on the line. Lundqvist had 36 saves in a game that sent the series to a game 7 with a 7-3 victory over the Lightning. An impressive stat held by Lundqvist is that he's 9-1 in elimination games in the post season since last years playoffs and he's 4-0 this postseason. However, he did have a little help as the Rangers were able to score seven goals with Derick Brassard leading the way with a hat trick of his own.

Brassard started this game off with a goal at the 3:36 mark of the first period off an assist from J.T. Miller and Dan Boyle. Keith Yandle followed that up with his second goal of the playoffs to make the score 2-0. Ryan Callahan then answered back with a power play goal for the Lightning after Derek Stepan was called for a cross check.

With no scoring in the second, the Rangers came out firing in the third with three straight goals by Miller, James Sheppard, and Brassard respectively. Rick Nash added one more and even with Nikita Kucherov scoring two goals on his own in the period, it wasn't enough to end the series for Tampa Bay.

The Rangers will look to end the series when they head back home in the final game of the best of seven.
