Carlos Frias will get the call from Triple-A Albuquerque to make the start for the Dodgers. Frias was just sent back down in a roster move a few days ago after pitching an inning of relief and striking out 1 of the 3 batters he faced. He really has only had 2 bad relief appearances in the Majors this year. But down at Albuquerque, he was 8 - 4 with a 5.01 ERA in 15 starts and a relief appearance.

Frias has never faced the Nationals and will look to gain as much knowledge from the scouting report as possible so that he can come up with a plan for the Washington lineup.
