On Tuesday night, J.A. Happ (8-7) will attempt to snap his two-game losing streak when the Toronto Blue Jays go up against Mike Fiers (2-1) and the Milwaukee Brewers.

Big left-hander J.A. Happ gave up five runs (four earned) to the Seattle Mariners on the road last week and picked up his seventh loss of the season. He went six innings in that game and gave up seven hits while striking out one and walking one. Happ has struck out 90 hitters in 109.1 innings this season and now has a 4.20 ERA after that loss.

Brewers second baseman Rickie Weeks has eight hits in his 17 at-bats versus Happ with three doubles, two home runs and three RBI. Slugger Mark Reynolds has no hits in 16-bats against the lefty with no walks and eight strikeouts.

Mike Fiers was able to pick up his second consecutive win last Thursday when he defeated the Chicago Cubs on the road. He allowed no runs on three hits in six innings of work while walking one and striking out a season-high 14 batters. Fiers has only given up 12 hits in 21 innings this year and currently owns a 1.29 ERA.

Blue Jays shortstop Jose Reyes has three hits in five at-bats against Fiers in his career with a walk and three RBI. Catcher Dioner Navarro is 2-for-2 against him with two RBI.
