On Saturday night, R.A. Dickey (9-10) will go for his third consecutive win when the Toronto Blue Jays take on Brett Oberholtzer (3-7) and the Houston Astros.

R.A. Dickey had a strong start against the Boston Red Sox on the road on Monday and came away with his ninth win of the year. He pitched seven innings in that game and gave up just one run on three hits while striking out a season-high 10 batters and walking one. His ERA dropped to 3.91 on the year and he has now struck out 126 batters in 145 innings.

Astros catcher Jason Castro has four hits in 13 at-bats against Dickey in his career with a walk, a double and two strikeouts. Second baseman Jose Altuve is hitless against him in 10 at-bats with one strikeout.

Second-year starter Brett Oberholtzer picked up his third win of the year on Monday when he defeated the Oakland Athletics at home. He allowed three runs in 6.2 innings that day while walking one batter and striking out two. Oberholtzer has given up 98 hits in 83.2 innings this year and has only been able to strike out 53.

Blue Jays All-Star outfielder Jose Bautista has one hit in two at-bats against Oberholtzer with a walk and a home run. None of the Blue Jays have faced the left-hander more than three times.
