Fenway Park will host a game between the Boston Red Sox and Toronto Blue Jays on Sunday. The American League East last place Boston Red Sox will host the AL East third place Toronto Blue Jays. The visiting team will send former National League Cy Young winner R.A. Dickey (11-12) to the hill to face off against Rubby De La Rosa (4-5).

De La Rosa has 15 starts this season and has already found his groove pitching at Fenway Park. He is 3-2 at the elite baseball ball park with a 3.16 ERA. Overall on the season, the Dominican Republic native has a 3.89 ERA, 1.43 WHIP, and .281 BAA. He doesn't exactly mow down the opposition, but when at home, gives his team quality starts more often than not. During his brief career, current members of the Blue Jays have owned him. Collectively they are batting .370 (27-for-73) against him including solid performances from Juan Francisco, Jose Reyes, and Melky Cabrera.

Dickey is entering this start looking to reach .500 for the first time since he was 6-5 in the middle of June. Dickey has had his moments throughout the season and is coming off a mediocre month of August where he went 1-2 with a 4.40 ERA. He is 3-0 in 4 starts against the Red Sox this season and will look to remain undefeated against the division rivals. Mike Napoli, David Ortiz, Yoenis Cespedes, and Will Middlebrooks have all had moderate success against Dickey in their careers.
