Texas Rangers right-hander Yu Darvish will go for his fifth consecutive win on Tuesday night when he goes head-to-head with Tommy Milone of the Oakland Athletics.

Yu Darvish was able to pitch the first shutout of his career last Wednesday against the Miami Marlins in a game the Rangers ended up winning 6-0. He gave up just six hits in those nine innings of work and he struck out 10 while walking three. Darvish's 2.11 ERA is one of the best in the American League and he has struck out 101 opposing batters in 85.1 innings.

Brandon Moss is one of just a few players in the league who has consistently hit well against Darvish, going 7-for-20 against him with a double, four home runs and six RBI.

In his last start, Tommy Milone picked up his fourth win of the year when he was able to beat the Los Angeles Angels on the road. He went 6.2 innings in that game and allowed just one run on six hits while walking two and striking out four. Milone has only struck out 46 batters in 72.2 innings this season, but he does have a pretty solid 3.47 ERA.

Rangers third baseman Adrian Beltre has seven hits in 17 plate appearances against Milone with two home runs and four RBI. Outfielder Alex Rios only has one hit in 12 at-bats against him with four strikeouts.
