11-game winner Adam Wainwright will be on the mound for the St. Louis Cardinals on Saturday afternoon when they face Marco Estrada and the Milwaukee Brewers.

All-Star Adam Wainwright pitched seven scoreless innings against the Pittsburgh Pirates on Monday, but he has to settle for the no decision in a game the Cardinals eventually won 2-0. He gave up seven hits in that start and struck out five batters while walking three. Wainwright currently has an 11-4 record on the season with an outstanding 1.79 ERA and he has only given up four home runs in 131 innings.

Wainwright has never been a fan of facing Brewers third baseman Aramis Ramirez, who is 19-for-47 against him with seven doubles, two home runs and six RBI.

In his last start, right-hander Marco Estrada pitched five innings against the Philadelphia Phillies and ended up suffering his second consecutive loss and his sixth loss of the season. In that game, he gave up three runs on six hits while walking two and striking out five. Estrada has benefited from having one of the best run-scoring offenses this season, which is why he has a 7-6 record with a poor ERA of 4.96.

Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina has 13 hits in his 23 at-bats versus Estrada with two doubles, a home run and five RBI. Outfielder Matt Holliday is 7-for-24 against him with a double, a home run and five RBI.
