Seattle Mariners ace Felix Hernandez (11-2) will try to keep his long undefeated streak going on Wednesday night when he goes up against Corey Kluber (10-6) and the Cleveland Indians.

Last Friday, Felix Hernandez pitched well against the Baltimore Orioles, but he took the no decision in a game the O's eventually won 2-1. Hernandez pitched seven innings in that start and allowed just one run on five hits while walking no one and striking out 10. His ERA is now down to 1.99 on the year and he has 173 strikeouts in 158.1 innings.

Indians outfielder David Murphy is 24-for-78 against Hernandez in his career with six doubles, three home runs and 16 RBI. Asdrubal Cabrera is just 3-for-17 against him with a walk and four strikeouts.

Corey Kluber had his best start of the season last Thursday against the Kansas City Royals, but ended up with a no decision rather than the win. He pitched nine inning sin that game and gave up just one unearned run on two hits while striking out 10 and walking no one. Kluber now has an excellent 2.77 Era and he has struck out 162 batters in 149.1 innings.

Mariners second baseman Robinson Cano has one hit in his four at-bats against Kluber with two walks and a double. None of the other Mariners have faced the right-hander yet.
