On Sunday afternoon, Tim Lincecum will be hoping to notch his first win of the season when the San Francisco Giants face Robbie Erlin and the San Diego Padres.

Tim Lincecum had his best outing of the season last Wednesday against the Los Angeles Dodgers, but he was still only able to go five innings and ended up with a no decision. He scattered five hits and gave up just one earned run in the game while striking out five and walking none. He'll need to have a few more of those types of outings to lower his 7.20 ERA.

Chase Headley has gotten the best of Lincecum over the years and has four home runs and three doubles to show for it. Everth Cabrera hasn't had that type of luck, striking out seven times and getting just three hits in 16 at-bats.

Robbie Erlin had some problems with his command his last time out against the Colorado Rockies and ended up taking the loss. He was only able to go 4.2 innings in that game and gave up three runs on six hits while striking out seven and walking one. It was the first below-average outing for the youngster, who still has a 3.18 ERA on the season.

No one on the Giants has a home run against Erlin, but Angel Pagan was able to go 2-for-3 against him with a double in their only matchup against each other.
