On Wednesday night, Matt Cain will be going for his second win of the season when he and the San Francisco Giants take on Jhoulys Chacin and the Colorado Rockies.

Matt Cain finally was able to pick up his first win of the season when he beat the Miami Marlins at home last week. He pitched 7.2 innings in that outing and gave up four earned runs on six hits while striking out seven and walking three. Cain has had command issues this season, so if he can get those under control, he could easily improve his 4.33 ERA.

Rockies shortstop Troy Tulowitzki has 21 hits in 63 at-bats against Cain with five doubles, a triple and five home runs. Outfielder Carlos Gonzalez hasn't been able to figure the right-hander out yet, going just 4-for-44 against him with 17 strikeouts.

Jhoulys Chacin lost for the second time last week when he was defeated by the Kansas City Royals on the road. He pitched okay in that game, though, by going six innings and giving up just three runs on seven hits with one strikeout and two walks. He now has an 0-2 record on the year with a 4.76 ERA through three starts.

Third baseman Pablo Sandoval has eight hits in 27 at-bats against Chacin with two doubles, a triple and two home runs. Outfielder Hunter Pence has just four hits in 19 at-bats against him with six strikeouts.
