On Tuesday night, Eric Stults will be looking to get back to his winning ways when he and the San Diego Padres face right-hander Wade Miley and the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Eric Stults lost for the second straight outing when he was beaten by the Chicago Cubs last week at home. He could only go 4.2 innings in that game and he allowed five earned runs on six hits while striking out four and walking no one. His ERA climbed up to 4.97 with that loss and he is now 2-5 on the season.

Martin Prado has done just about everything except hit a home run against Stults by going 8-for-21 against him with two doubles, a triple and four RBI. Gerardo Parra has hit a home run off of the left-hander, but he is just 3-for-19 overall with four strikeouts.

Wade Miley also lost his second consecutive game last week when the St. Louis Cardinals scored three runs against him in 6.2 innings of work. He gave up seven hits in that game and walked four while striking out three. Miley is 3-5 on the year with a 4.85 ERA and he's given up 10 home runs on 68.2 innings.

Everth Cabrera has had the most success against Miley of all of the Padres' hitters by going 8-for-17 against him with a triple, a homer and three RBI.
