Sonny Gray will be looking to get his seventh win of the season for the Oakland Athletics when they go up against Kevin Gausman and the Baltimore Orioles on Saturday night.

Last Sunday, right-hander Sonny Gray was able to pick up his sixth win when he pitched 6.2 innings against the Los Angeles Angels at home. He allowed three earned runs on seven hits in that outing and struck out five while walking three. Gray has been great for the A's this season, giving up just 66 hits in 80.2 innings and striking out 65.

Orioles first baseman Chris Davis has gotten a hit in both of his at-bats against Gray and has also driven in a run. Manny Machado is 1-for-1 against him with two RBI in three plate appearances.

Kevin Gausman's last start in the majors this season was back on May 14, when he went four innings against the Detroit Tigers and gave up five earned runs. He allowed six hits in that game while striking out two and walking two.

Gausman, who was Baseball America's No. 20 prospect before the season started, has done well in the minors this year. Through 10 starts, he has a 2.98 ERA and has struck out 44 batters in 42.1 innings of work. He has also only walked 18 batters and has given up just four home runs.
