Tuesday night, the Minnesota Twins will give the ball to Kevin Correia as they do battle against the Toronto Blue Jays and J.A. Happ. Correia will make his 13th start as Happ makes his 8th start and 11th appearance.

Kevin Correia took a loss in his last outing and that dropped his record to 2 - 7 with a 6.11 ERA.  Correia surrendered 5 runs and 10 hits (including 2 homers) in 5 innings of work.  This season seems to be going the same as last season did for Correia. Happ pitched to a win in his last outing and that boosted his record to 5 - 2 with a 4.12 ERA.  Happ gave up 3 runs on 7 hits in 6.1 innings as he walked 2 and struck out 2.   Happ has won 5 of his 7 starts and has already posted better numbers than 2013 when he went 5 - 7 with a 4.56 ERA in 18 starts.

Last season, Happ won his only start against the Twins after allowing just a run on 5 hits in 5.2 innings.  This season, Happ pitched 2/3rds of an inning in relief against the Twins and allowed a run on a hit with 3 walks and a strikeout.
