On Sunday afternoon, right-hander Marco Estrada will take the mound for the Milwaukee Brewers when they take on Travis Wood and the Chicago Cubs.

Marco Estrada is now 3-1 after picking up his third win of the season by beating the Pittsburgh Pirates last Tuesday. He pitched six innings in that game and only gave up one run on six hits while striking out eight Pirates and walking two. He has given up 10 home runs this season through 49.1 innings, but he also has a solid 3.28 ERA and a 1.095 WHIP.

Starlin Castro has eight hits in 21 plate appearances versus Estrada with two doubles, a triple and two RBI. Welington Castillo has four hits in 14 at-bats against Estrada, with three of those hits coming via the long ball.

Travis Wood gave up five runs (four earned) against the St. Louis Cardinals last week, but he got great run support and ended up winning his third game of the season. He pitched six innings in that game and struck out four while walking three. Wood's ERA is now up to 4.91 on the season now, but he does have 44 strikeouts through 47.2 innings.

Rickie Weeks has struggled when he has gone up against Wood, getting just two hits in 21 at-bats. Ryan Braun is 7-for-22 against him with four doubles, a home run and five RBI.
