On Sunday night, ERA leader Clayton Kershaw will be going for an unbelievable nine wins in a row when the Los Angeles Dodgers go up against Carlos Martinez and the St. Louis Cardinals.

In his last start, Clayton Kershaw pitched his third complete game of the season when he beat the San Diego Padres at home. He allowed just one run on three hits in those nine innings of work, and he struck out 11 batters while walking just one. Kershaw is now 11-2 on the year with a fantastic 1.78 ERA and he has struck out 126 batters in 96.1 innings.

Dodgers veteran A.J. Ellis has two hits in his four at-bats against Martinez with two walks, a home run and three RBI.
