Right-hander Zack Greinke (14-8) will try to extend his undefeated streak to five games when he and the Los Angeles Dodgers go up against veteran Tim Hudson (9-10) and the San Francisco Giants on Saturday night.

Zack Greinke picked up his 14th win of the season last Sunday by defeating the Arizona Diamondbacks at home. He pitched six innings in that start and gave up two runs on six base hits while walking three batters and striking out four. Greinke now has a 2.73 ERA on the year and he has struck out 186 hitters in 178.1 innings.

Giants outfielder Hunter Pence is just 4-for-19 against Greinke in his career, but he has hit two home runs off of him. Brandon Crawford is 1-for-10 against the right-hander with no walks and five strikeouts.

Last Sunday, Tim Hudson gave up three runs in six innings of work versus the Detroit Tigers on the road and ended up taking the loss. He allowed three runs on eight hits in that game and struck out one batter while walking one. The veteran now has a 3.12 ERA on the year and he has only walked 1.6 batters per nine innings.

Dodgers first baseman Adrian Gonzalez has 10 hits in 23 at-bats against Hudson in his career with two home runs and five RBI. Outfielder Roger Bernadina is just 4-for-29 against him with a walk and nine strikeouts.
