On Saturday afternoon, Dan Haren will try to extend his undefeated streak to six games when he and the Los Angeles Dodgers go up against Colorado Rockies rookie Yohan Flande.

On Monday, Dan Haren was able to pick up his eighth win of the year when he beat the Cleveland Indians at home. He pitched seven scoreless innings in that outing and gave up just one hit while walking one batter and striking out five. A lot of Haren's success this season has to do with his improved command, as he has only given up 19 walks in 103.1 innings.

Rockies All-Star Troy Tulowitzki has 11 hits in his 37 at-bats against Haren with a double, three home runs and five RBI. First baseman Justin Morneau is 6-for-11 against the right-hander with a home run and two RBI in his career.

28-year-old Yohan Flande picked up his first Major League loss on Monday when he was defeated by the Washington Nationals on the road. He pitched 5.1 innings in that start and gave up three runs on six hits while walking one and striking out three. Through two starts, he has given up seven earned runs in 10.1 innings pitched.

The Dodgers, who will be facing Flande for the first time on Saturday, can expect to see a 90 mph fastball from the rookie, which he throws about 60 percent of the time.
