His recovery from elbow surgery prevented Hellickson from seeing any action earlier in the season but it's expected that he will get enough opportunities to get back in the groove as the 2^nd half rolls on. Last season, Hellickson was 12 -10 with a 5.17 ERA in 31 starts and a relief appearance.

Hellickson only faced the Angels once in 2013, but he got the win after holding Los Angeles to just 4 hits in 5.1 innings of work.
