Safeco Field will host an American League West divisional rivalry on Tuesday night when the Los Angeles Angels travel to Seattle to take on the Mariners with the first pitch scheduled for 10:10 p.m. Taking the ball to start the game for the Angels will be 26-year-old former reliever Hector Santiago, while the Mariners will counter with 25-year-old rookie James Paxton.
