Los Angeles Angels starter Garrett Richards (11-4) will try to end his losing streak when he faces Zack Greinke (12-6) and the Los Angeles Dodgers on Monday night.

Garrett Richards lost his second consecutive game last Wednesday when he was defeated by the Baltimore Orioles on the road. He pitched seven innings in that game and gave up four runs on six hits while walking no one and striking out four. Richards has an excellent 2.74 ERA on the year and has only given up 104 hits in 144.1 innings.

Dodgers second baseman Dee Gordon has four hits in six at-bats against Richards with a walk, a double and an RBI. Andre Ethier is 2-for-5 against him with two doubles and an RBI.

Last Wednesday, Zack Greinke had a strong start against the Atlanta Braves, but he had to settle for the no decision in a game the Dodgers ended up wining 3-2. He pitched eight innings in that game and allowed just one run on five hits while striking out a season-high 13 batters and walking one. His ERA is now down to 2.65 on the season and he has struck out 153 batters in 139.1 innings.

Angels shortstop Erick Aybar is 8-for-19 against Greinke in his career with five doubles and two RBI.
