Saturday night, the Kansas City Royals will give the ball to Jeremy Guthrie as they take on the Cleveland Indians and T.J. House. It will be the 18 ^th start of the year for Guthrie and the 7^th start (and 8^th appearance) for House.

T.J. House saw his record fall to 0 - 2 with a 4.28 ERA after taking the loss his last time out. In that start, House gave up just 2 runs on 6 hits (including a homer) in 6 innings of work. He walked a batter while striking out 5. But his offense got shutout and he took the loss. House hasn't had that many bad outings but the bats have been silent a lot for the Indians this season.

House has never faced the Royals and will have to lean on the rest of the pitching staff and the scouting report for some pearls of wisdom that might get him past Kansas City.
