Right-hander Scott Feldman will take the mound for the Houston Astros on Sunday afternoon and will go up against Hisashi Iwakuma and the Seattle Mariners.

Scott Feldman could only make it through four innings in in his start against the Los Angeles Angels on Tuesday and ended up suffering his second loss of the season. He gave up eight runs (three earned) on nine hits in that outing and walked two while striking out four. Despite the bad game, Feldman has been good this season and has given up just three home runs through 41.2 innings.

Mariners second baseman Robinson Cano has six hits in 19 at-bats against Feldman with a double and two RBI. Justin Smoak is 5-for-11 against him with two home runs and five RBI.

Hisashi Iwakuma went eight innings for the third time in his first four starts last week against the Texas Rangers and picked up his third win of the season. He allowed just two runs on six hits in the win while walking one and striking out three. His ERA is now at 1.76 through 30.2 innings and he has given up just 20 hits.

Marwin Gonzalez should be in the Astros' lineup against Iwakuma on Sunday because he is 5-for-7 against him with a double and a home run. Jason Castro is just 2-for-14 against him in his career.
