On Friday night, lefty Jorge De La Rosa and the Colorado Rockies will take on former Cy Young award winner Tim Lincecum and the San Francisco Giants.

Jorge De La Rosa lost his second straight game on Sunday when he was beaten by the Los Angeles Dodgers at home. He did strike out a season-high eight batters in that outing, but he also allowed five runs on four hits while walking four in just 5.1 innings. De La Rosa has a 6-5 record right now and has only given up 57 hits in 71.1 innings.

In 28 matchups, outfielder Hunter Pence has been able to go 5-for-19 against De La Rosa with two doubles, two home runs and three walks. Pablo Sandoval is 11-for-37 against him with four doubles, a home run and four RBI.

Tim Lincecum picked up his fifth win of the season on Sunday when he allowed three runs in six innings against the New York Mets. He gave up six hits in that game and ended up with six strikeouts while walking just one, which was the fewest walks he's allowed since mid-April. Lincecum is now 5-4 with a 4.97 ERA on the season.

Rockies catcher Wilin Rosario seems to like facing Lincecum, going 6-for-16 against him in his career with two doubles, two home runs and four RBI. Troy Tulowitzki also has two home runs against the veteran right-hander, but he has also been struck out 10 times in 55 at-bats.
