On Tuesday, May 27, the Colorado Rockies will face the Philadelphia Phillies in the second meeting of a three game series. The Rockies will send Jorge De La Rosa to the mound to face the Phillies Cole Hamels.

De La Rosa is coming off pitching seven scoreless innings on Friday when he faced the San Diego Padres. He only gave up one hit and one walk while striking out five. Cole Hamels is coming off a no-decision on Thursday when he faced the Miami Marlins. Hamels went seven innings and gave up three earned runs and gave up six hits. Hamels is 1-2 on the season with a 4.30 ERA. Hamels has pitched well against the Rockies only giving up 18 hits on 90 at bats against current Colorado players. Troy Tulowitzki has only one hit in seven at bats when facing Hamels.
