On Sunday, Corey Kluber (16-9) will be going for his fourth win in a row when he and the Cleveland Indians face Anthony Swarzak (3-1) and the Minnesota Twins.

Last Tuesday, Corey Kluber had another strong start when he was able to defeat the Houston Astros on the road. He pitched seven innings in that outing and gave up just one run on seven hits while walking two batters and striking out a season-high 14. He lowered his ERA to 2.54 with that win and he has struck out 10 batters per nine innings.

Twins third baseman Trevor Plouffe is 8-for-21 against Kluber in his career with a double, two home runs and seven RBI. Brian Dozier is just 2-for-18 against him with one walk and four strikeouts.

Anthony Swarzak made just his second start of the year on Monday against the Detroit Tigers at home and was lucky to come away with a no decision. He went just 4.1 innings in that game and gave up six runs on 11 base hits while walking one and striking out two. He now has a 4.42 ERA on the year and he has given up 85 hits in 77.1 innings.

Indians second baseman Jason Kipnis has six hits in 15 at-bats against Swarzak with three triples and two RBI. Mike Aviles is just 1-for-10 against him in his career with no walks and no strikeouts.
